Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Curriculum and Related Information) (Amendment) Regulations 1989, and shall come into force on 31st July 1989.

Section 2

For sub-paragraph (a) of regulation 1(1) of the Education (School Curriculum and Related Information) Regulations 1989 there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraphs–

(a) except for regulation 3, regulations 8 and 10 insofar as they apply to pupils with statements of special educational needs, and regulations 11 and 12, on 1st August 1989;

(aa) as regards regulation 3, on 1st January 1990;
