Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Monopolies and Mergers Commission (Increase in Membership) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st September 1989.

Section 2

The maximum number of regular members of the Monopolies and Mergers Commission is hereby increased to fifty.

Section 3

The Monopolies and Mergers Commission (Increase in Membership) Order 1982 is hereby revoked.
