Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Banking Act 1987 (Exempt Persons) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.

Section 2Exemption

Schedule 2 to the Banking Act 1987 shall be amended by the addition of the following new entry after the entry numbered“14”–

(14A) Crown Agents Financial Services Limited.
