Section 2
The 1st September 1989 is the day appointed for the purposes of Schedule 5 to the Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988 in its application to the following provisions of section 15 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 , namely—
(a) subsection (3) save in so far as 21st June 1989 was appointed by the Road Traffic Act 1988 (Appointed Day for Section 15) Order 1989 for the purposes of that Schedule in its application to that subsection,
(b) subsections (4), (7) and (8).
