Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Design Right (Reciprocal Protection) (No. 2) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st August 1989.

Section 2

The following countries are hereby designated as enjoying reciprocal protection under Part III of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (design right)—

Anguilla

Bermuda

British Indian Ocean Territory

British Virgin Islands

Cayman Islands

Channel Islands

Falklands Islands

Gibraltar

Hong Kong

Isle of Man

Montserrat

New Zealand

Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands

St Helena and Dependencies

South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands

Turks and Caicos Islands.

Section 3

The Design Right (Reciprocal Protection) Order 1989( ) is hereby revoked.
