This Order may be cited as the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1989.

The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1989
Section 2
Section 304(4) and (6) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (“the 1988 Act ”) shall come into force on 28th July 1989.
Section 3
In article 2 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1989 there shall be added to the list of the provisions of Part VII of the 1988 Act which do not come into force on 1st August 1989 a reference to section 304(4) and (6).
