Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st September 1989.

Section 2 Amendment

For Schedule 1 to the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) Regulations 1982 (kinds of plant varieties in National Lists) there shall be substituted the provisions of the Schedule to these Regulations.
