Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Visiting Forces and International Headquarters (Application of Law) (Amendment) Order 1989, and shall come into force forthwith.

Section 2
In article 3 (3) of the Visiting Forces and International Headquarters (Application of Law) Order 1965 (which applies that Order to the visiting forces mentioned therein) for “Italy and the Federal Republic of Germany” there shall be substituted “Italy, the Federal Republic of Germany and Spain”.
