The Hovercraft (General) (Amendment) Order 1989

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Hovercraft (General) (Amendment) Order 1989, and shall come into force on 31st August 1989.

Section 2

The Hovercraft (General) Order 1972 is hereby amended as follows–

(a) in article 18(3) the following sub-paragraph shall be added at the end–

(l) medical equipment to be carried.

(b) in article 22 all words after “hovercraft” where it secondly appears shall be omitted; and

(l) in article 24(2):–

(i) in sub-paragraph (c) “or” shall be deleted;

(ii) the following shall be added at the end–

or

(e) causes any damage.
