Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Annual Close Time (Lossie Salmon Fishery District) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 21st August 1989.

Section 2Annual close time dates and period for salmon fishing by rod and line

For the Lossie salmon fishery district—
(a) the dates of the annual close time are prescribed as 27th August to 24th February; and
(b) the period within that time when it is permitted to fish for and take salmon by rod and line is prescribed as the period from 27th August to 31st October, both dates inclusive.
