Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Land Court Order 1989, and shall come into force on 1st September 1989

Section 2

The Scottish Land Court is hereby specified as a Scottish Court for the purposes of section 2 of the Courts of Law Fees (Scotland) Act 1895.
