Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Scottish Land Court Amendment Rules 1989 and shall come into force on 1st September 1989.

The Scottish Land Court Amendment Rules 1989
Section 2
Any reference in the Scottish Land Court Rules 1979 to the Table of Court Fees set under in Appendix 1 to those Rules shall be interpreted as a reference to the Table of Court Fees specified in the Scottish Land Court (Fees) Order 1989 .
Section 3
Appendix 1 to the Scottish Land Court Rules 1979 and the Scottish Land Court (Fees) Amendment Rules 1988( ) are hereby revoked.
