Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 18th September 1989.

The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 1989
Section 2
The Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1985 shall be amended as follows:
(a) in paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 3, after “Benzphetamine” there shall be inserted “Buprenorphine”, and
(b) in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4, after “Oxazolam” there shall be inserted “Pemoline”.
