Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Water Reorganisation (Successor Companies) (Transfer of Loans) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st September 1989.

The Water Reorganisation (Successor Companies) (Transfer of Loans) Order 1989
Section 2
Any liability of a successor company (being a company wholly owned by the Crown) in respect of the principal of any relevant loan shall on the coming into force of this Order or, if later, when control of that company passes to its nominated holding company, become the liability of that successor company’s nominated holding company.
