Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Guarantee Payments (Exemption) (No. 25) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 29th September 1989.

Section 2Exemption

Section 12 of the Act shall not apply to any employee to whom the collective agreement relates.

Section 3Exemption

The Guarantee Payments (Exemption) (No. 20) Order 1980 is revoked.

Section 1Representing employers:

The Federation of Master Builders.

Section 2Representing employees:

The Transport and General Workers Union.
