Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Petty Sessional Divisions (Essex) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st January 1990.

Section 2

The petty sessional division of Billericay shall cease to be so named and shall henceforth be known as the petty sessional division of Basildon.
