Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Dental Services) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st October 1989.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (General Dental Services) Regulations 1973 (interpretation) in the definition“dental officer” there are substituted for the words“Department of Health and Social Security” the words“Board , of the Department of Health”.
