Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Valuation and Community Charge Tribunals) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 6th October 1989.

Section 2

Employment by a valuation and community charge tribunal is hereby removed from the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1st May 1989.
