Section 1
This Order may be cited as the A23 Trunk Road (Streatham High Road, Lambeth) (Prohibition of Right Turn) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 18th September 1989.

The A23 Trunk Road (Streatham High Road, Lambeth) (Prohibition of Right Turn) Order 1989
Section 2
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in the northbound carriageway of the length of the London-Brighton Trunk Road (A23) in the London Borough of Lambeth known as Streatham High Road to make a right turn into Streatham Common South.
Section 3
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or of a traffic warden.
