Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Secondary Examinations Council (Designation of Staff) Order 1989, and shall come into force on 7th March 1989.

Section 2Designation of staff to be transferred from existing body

The employees of the Secondary Examinations Council who are named below are designated as respects the School Examinations and Assessment Council:
Browne, Frances Claire
Scruton, Paul
Wilson, Patricia Ann.
