This Order may be cited as the Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 3 Order 1989 and shall come into force on 2nd October 1989.

The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 3 Order 1989
The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Order 1987 is hereby amended by substituting for article 2(4)(b) the following sub-paragraph–
(b) any sheep which was marked, as a condition of the granting of a consent under section 2(1) of that Act to its removal from a designated area–
(i) with an apricot mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 30th July 1989; or
(ii) with a green mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 2nd October 1988; or
(iii) with a blue mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 8th January 1989.
The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 2 Order 1989 is hereby revoked.
