Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Act 1979 (Commencement No. 13) Order 1989.

Section 2

(1) Section 35(2) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1979, so far as it is not already in force, shall come into force on 10th November 1989.

(2) Section 14, so far as it is not already in force, and Part III of Schedule 3 to the Merchant Shipping Act 1979 shall come into force on 10th November 1989.
