Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Water (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 27th November 1989.

Section 2Amendments of public general enactments

The enactments listed in column (1) of Schedule 1 to these Regulations are amended to the extent indicated in column (2) of that Schedule.

Section 3Amendments of subordinate legislation

The instruments listed in column (1) of Schedule 2 are amended to the extent indicated in column (2) of that Schedule.
