Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries and Diseases) Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 31st October 1989.

Section 2Amendment of the Social Security (Industrial Injuries and Diseases) Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Regulations 1989
Regulation 2 of the Social Security (Industrial Injuries and Diseases) Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Regulations 1989 (which provides in paragraph (2) that certain provisions relating to delayed claims are to cease to have effect) shall be amended by the deletion of paragraph (2) from that regulation.
