Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 8th December 1989.

Section 2

The Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys)(Fees) Regulations 1983 shall be further amended by the substitution –

(a) in regulations 4 and 5 of “£80” for “£100” and “£20” for “£26”;

(b) in regulation 6 of “£40” for “£50” and “£10” for “£14”;

(c) in regulation 8 of “£25” for “£50”.
