Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 (Repeal of Section 31) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 15th December 1989.

Section 2

Section 31 of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 (which imposes restrictions on the delivery of immature spirits for home use) is hereby repealed.
