Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Contamination of Feeding Stuff) (England) (No.3) Amendment Order 1989 and shall come into force on 17th November 1989.

Section 2Amendment of the principal Order
The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Contamination of Feeding Stuff) (England) (No.3) Order 1989 shall be amended–
(a) by omitting from the Schedule to that Order (the designated area) the areas described in Schedule 1 to this Order;
(b) by inserting in the Schedule to that Order at the end the further areas described in Schedule 2 to this Order.
