Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 20th December 1989.

Section 2

In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations ” means the Commons Registration (General) Regulations 1966 .

Section 3

In Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, for Form 21 and its duplicate, there shall be substituted the form and duplicate set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Section 4

In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations–

(i) in the first column, for the words “five pounds”. there shall be substituted the words “ten pounds”,

(ii) in the second column, for the amounts “£3.00” and “25p” there shall be substituted the amounts “£6.00” and “50p” respectively.

Section 5

The Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1980 are hereby revoked.
