Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st January 1990.

Section 2
The Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) Regulations 1983 shall be amended by the deletion of the reference to the Agreement dated 9th April 1980 between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Republic of Ireland on the International Carriages of Goods by Road in Schedule 1 to the said Regulations.
