Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Contamination of Feeding Stuff) (England) (No. 3) Amendment No. 3 Order 1989 and shall come into force on 28th November 1989.

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Order

The principal Order shall be further amended–

(a) by omitting from Part I of the Schedule thereto (the designated area) the areas described in Schedule 1 to this Order;

(b) by inserting in Part I of the Schedule thereto at the end the further areas described in Schedule 2 to this Order;

(c) by inserting in Part II of the Schedule thereto at the end the further areas described in Schedule 3 to this Order.
