Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Combined Probation Areas (West Sussex) (No.2) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st December 1989.

The Combined Probation Areas (West Sussex) (No.2) Order 1989
Section 2
That part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 which relates to the West Sussex Probation Committee shall be amended by substituting in column 3–
(a) “3” for “5” in the entry in respect of the petty sessional division of Chichester and District; and
(b) “3” for “2” in the entry in respect of the petty sessional division of Mid-Sussex.
