This Order may be cited as the Plant Health (Great Britain) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1989, shall apply to Great Britain and shall come into force on 6th December 1989.

The Plant Health (Great Britain) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1989
The Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1987 shall be amended as follows:–
In Schedule 3 –
(1) In Part VI after Item 75 there shall be inserted the following item –
(75A) Raw vegetables from plants of:—
horseradish ( Armoracia L.)
radish ( Raphanus L.).
(2) In Part VII B –
(a) in the title the words “ DENDRANTHEMA, DIANTHUS, GLADIOLUS, GYPSOPHILA, PROTEA, PRUNUS, ROSA, SALIX, SYRINGA AND VITIS ” SHALL BE OMITTED AND THERE shall be substituted the following:—
ACHILLEA, ANTIRRHINUM, ANEMONE, ASTER, CALENDULA, CALLISTEPHUS, CARTHAMUS, CHRYSANTHEMUM, CIRSIUM, CENTAUREA, DENDRANTHEMA, DIANTHUS, GLADIOLUS, GYPSOPHILA, LIATRIS, LISIANTHIUS, PROTEA, PRUNUS, ROSA, SALIX, SOLIDAGO, SOLIDASTER, SYRINGA, VITIS AND ZINNIA
(b) in column 2 of Item 77 before the words “ Dendranthema (DC.) Des Moulins (including florists` chrysanthemum)” there shall be inserted the following:—
Chrysanthemum L. (including Chrysanthemum coccineum Willd. (syn. Tanacetum coccineum Willd. Grierson) (Pyrethrum), Chrysanthemum leucanthemum L. (syn. Leucanthemum vulgare Lam.), Chrysanthemum maximum Ramond (syn. Leucanthemum maximum Ramond DC) and Chrysanthemum parthenium L. (syn. Tanacetum parthenium L.Sch. Bip.) (Chrysanthemum matricaria))
(c) after Item 81 there shall be inserted the following item –
(82) Cut flowers of the genera
