Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Customs Duty (Personal Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st January 1990.

Section 2

In paragraph (a) (4) of Schedule 1 to the Customs Duty (Personal Reliefs) ( No. 1) Order 1968 , for “£250” there shall be substituted “£265”.
