Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Excise Duties (Small Non-Commercial Consignments) Relief (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st January 1990.

Section 2

In regulation 3(2) of the Excise Duties (Small Non-Commercial Consignments) Relief Regulations 1986 –

(a) in sub-paragraph (2)(a) for “£71” there shall be substituted “£75”.
