Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 31st December 1989.

Section 2

(1) Part I of Schedule 2 to the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) Regulations 1980 is hereby amended as follows.
