Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act (Commencement No. 2) Order 1989.

(2) This Order does not extend to Northern Ireland.

Section 2

The provisions of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 mentioned in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st January 1990.
