The Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act 1963 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1989
Section 2
Section 91(4) of, and Schedule 2 to, the 1963 Act shall come into force on 16th January 1990 in so far as they relate to the repeal of section 37 of the Shops Act 1950 and that repeal is not already in force.
