Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 6) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 13th December 1989.

Section 2

The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1987 shall be amended as follows:

In Group 3I of Part II of Schedule 1, in the unnumbered entry Chemicals (after entry IL 1781 (synthetic lubricating oil and greases)):

(a) for the letters “I, L, Y” in heads (1), (2), (10) and (14), there shall be substituted the letter “A”; and

(b) at the end there shall be inserted the following additional head:

(15) Tris-ethanolamine A
