Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Commonwealth Development Corporation (Additional Enterprises) (Variation) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 8th January 1990.

Section 2

The Commonwealth Development Corporation (Additional Enterprises) Order 1987 shall be varied by the addition to the classes of enterprises specified in article 2 thereof, of the classes of enterprises specified below—

enterprises for merchanting, wholesaling and stockholding; for the provision or improvement of factories and industrial, commercial and retail premises; and for the promotion of tourism.

Section 3

This Order and the Commonwealth Development Corporation (Additional Enterprises) Order 1987 may together be cited as the Commonwealth Development Corporation (Additional Enterprises) Orders 1987 to 1989.
