Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the River Hamble Harbour Revision Order 1989 and shall come into force on 12th December 1989.

(2) The River Hamble Harbour Revision Orders 1969 and 1982 and this Order may be cited together as the River Hamble Harbour Revision Orders 1969 to 1989.

Section 2Amendment of article 12 of Order of 1969

In paragraph (2) of article 12 of the River Hamble Harbour Revision Order 1969 , after the word “Federation,” there shall be inserted the words “the River Hamble Boatyard and Marina Operators' Association,”.
