Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Merger Reference (Blue Circle, Yale and Myson) (Revocation) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 21st December 1989.

Section 2

The following Orders are hereby revoked:
(i) the Merger Reference (Blue Circle Industries plc and Myson Group plc) Order 1989 ;
(ii) the Merger Reference (Yale Valor plc and Myson Group plc) Order 1989 . 19th December 1989
