Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.

Section 2

Regulation 3(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows–

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for“£330” there shall be substituted“£342”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for“£220” there shall be substituted“£228”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for“£110” there shall be substituted“£114”;

(d) in sub-paragraph (d), for“£110” there shall be substituted“£114”; and

(e) in sub-paragraph (e), for“£55” there shall be substituted“£57”.
