Section 1

The Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council (A627(M) Rochdale-Lancashire/Yorkshire Motorway (M62)-Oldham Special Roads) Revocation Scheme 1989 is hereby confirmed with modification.

Section 2

The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”) is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme, as modified, and accompanying plan, are deposited at the Department of Transport, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY, at the office of the Department of Transport, North West Regional Office, Sunley Tower, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester M1 4BE, at the offices of the Director of Legal Services, Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council, Civic Centre, West Street Oldham; and at the offices of the Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, The Esplanade, Rochdale.

Section 3

The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.

Section 4

This Instrument maybe cited as the Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council (A627(M) Rochdale-Lancashire/Yorkshire Motorway (M62)-Oldham Special Roads) Revocation Scheme 1989 Confirmation Instrument 1989.

Section 1

The Scheme specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked to the extent specified in the second column of that Schedule.

Section 2

This Scheme may be cited as the Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council (A627(M) Rochdale-Lancashire/Yorkshire Motorway (M62)-Oldham, Special Roads) Revocation Scheme 1989.
