Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the National Savings Bank (Amendment) Regulations 1989, and shall come into force on 1st March 1989.

Section 2

The National Savings Bank Regulations 1972 shall be amended by deleting sub-paragraph (b) in regulation 22(1).
