Section 1

This Order may be cited as the High Court of Justiciary Fees Amendment Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.

Section 2

For the Table of Fees in the Schedule to the High Court of Justiciary Fees Order 1984( ) there shall be substituted the Table of Fees set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3

The High Court of Justiciary Fees Amendment Order 1988( ) is hereby revoked.
