Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Water Resources (Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st April 1989.

Section 2

In regulation 2(1) of the Water Resources (Licences) Regulations 1965 , after the definition of “the Minister”, there shall be inserted–

“National Park” includes the Broads;

“National Park planning authority” includes the Broads Authority;
