The A51/A52 Trunk Roads Nantwich (Detrunking) Order 1989

Section 1

The length of the trunk roads described in the schedule hereto, and shown by broad striped hatching on the deposited plan shall cease to be trunk roads and shall be classified as classified roads as from the date on which the new trunk road is open for through traffic.

Section 2

In this Order–

(a) the measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway; and

(b)

(i) “the deposited plan”

(ii) “the new trunk road”

(iii) “classified road”

(iv) “the trunk roads”

Section 3

This Order shall come into force on 4th April and may be cited as the A51/A52 Trunk Roads Nantwich (Detrunking) Order 1989.
