Section 1
These Regulations shall be cited as the Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 11th April 1989.

The Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations 1989
Section 2
The Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) Regulations 1985 shall be amended in accordance with the following Regulations.
Section 3
In regulation 3(1)(b)–
(a) for “£4,000” in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted “£8,000”; and
(b) for “£20,000” there shall be substituted “£40,000”.
