Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 10th April 1989.

(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations ” means the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regulations 1987( ).

Section 2

In Rule 7(d) of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations the figures of £200, £120 and £60 shall be substituted by the figures £335, £200 and £100, respectively.
