Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Maximum Discount) Order 1989 and comes into force on 11th April 1989.

The Housing (Right to Buy) (Maximum Discount) Order 1989
Section 2
The sum of £50,000 is prescribed as the maximum sum by which the price payable for a dwelling-house on a conveyance or grant under Part V of the Housing Act 1985 may be reduced by discount under section 129 of that Act.
Section 3
The Housing (Right to Buy) (Maximum Discount) Order 1986 is revoked.
